The gum arabic we offer is obtained from the exudation of Acacia senegal, a shrub that produces a sap rich in polysaccharides and glycoproteins, which, once harvested and dried, is transformed into the precious gum arabic. Although there are several types of acacia in the Sahel, Acacia senegal is renowned for the quality of its gum, known in particular for its emulsifying and adhesive properties.

Hand-harvested, this natural resin is exceptionally pure, unprocessed and retains all its original benefits. Used for centuries in traditional pharmacopoeia, it is known for its therapeutic virtues, notably in support of the digestive and respiratory systems. This gum is ideal for direct consumption or for dissolving in natural care preparations. It is used in a variety of applications ranging from the food industry to cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
